You write the steps
Start from a template or describe the thing you want and let it draft one. A step is a question, a place to reach, or a choice — and you can read the whole adventure back before anybody plays it.
Placeground
You write a handful of steps — something to answer, somewhere to go, a choice that changes what comes next. Then you start a game and read out the code. Everyone playing gets it on their phone and plays it where you are.
Placeground is not open yet. There is nothing to sign up for here — if somebody invited you to play, open the link they sent.
Been given a code? You join in the Placeground app on your phone, not here.

Starting a game gives you a short code. Say it out loud, or print the poster and put it on a wall. Everyone playing types it into the app and is in — no accounts, nothing to set up on their side.
A kitchen, a garden, a whole town. The phone is what checks an answer or a code taped to a door, so you get to play along instead of refereeing.
